Organisations can send email notifications to the (1) Care Profile Owner and (2) Secondary Carer only. If the Care Profile Owner already has shared the care profile with you, kindly ask the organisation's administrator to add your email address as the "Secondary Email" in their CareMonkey account so you'll start receiving email notifications.


If the care profile has been shared with multiple carers, only one carer can receive these email notifications. However, other carers can still see these notifications when they log in on their CareMonkey account. Depending on their access, they can either view or view/respond to the notifications. Please see this article for more details on sharing a profile with a second parent or carer.


We continue to improve our system. We're hoping to add more options for the administrator to add multiple email addresses so all carers to whom a care profile was shared will receive email notifications.
