CareMonkey is free for all individuals to use. Groups (e.g. schools, clubs, workplaces, businesses) pay an annual subscription fee to manage their group. Pricing can be found here.
Users (i.e., parents, adult club members, adult participants, employees, etc.) can also download the free mobile app of CareMonkey for iPhone, iPad, Android phones and Android tablets. These mobile versions store a secure and encrypted copy of the care profiles on the device. This means the information can be accessed by you even without internet access.
