The CareMonkey system allows a Staff Carer (i.e., teachers, club coaches, team managers, supervisors, etc.) of a group to print a paper report for each profile, to take as a backup whilst on camps and excursions.
There is also a downloadable app for CareMonkey on iPhone, iPad, Android phones and Android tablets, which enables access to care profiles without any internet access. To make these care profiles available without internet access, the user must log in to the CareMonkey mobile app and allow it to download the files on the device. This should be done regularly (and especially before an excursion or camp) to download the latest profile data, and to be prepared for times when the internet is not accessible.
