This article will guide the staff members on how to check eForm responses through the mobile application.


  1. Log in to the CareMonkey app (see this article for instructions), scroll down to the Groups and eForms section, and click on an eForm to see attendance information.


  2. The following will be shown at the bottom of the profile about the carer’s response to the eForm

  • Accepted
  • Not Yet Responded

  • Declined


    Note: red profiles = still waiting for CareProfile to be completed.
