To reset your password, please follow these steps:
1. Click on Forgot password? on the CareMonkey Sign in page.
2. Enter the email address you used for accessing CareMonkey, then click Reset password.
3. Select to reset via Email or reset via SMS.
Resetting via SMS
Input the 6 digit code you'll receive via SMS in the space provided and click Continue.
Resetting via Email
Click the link in the email you receive, and the Reset password screen will appear.
Enter your new password in each of the two spaces provided and click Submit.
You are now ready to use your new password.
