This article will show you the step-by-step procedures on how to include a pdf attachment to an eForm to an existing eForm. These attachments will be accessible to Care Profile owners (typically, parents) who'll receive the email notification.



1. Click the three horizontal lines icon of an eForm.
     


2. Scroll down to the attachment section and click Browse.

     


3. Locate and click on a file from your computer, and click Open

     


4. Click Save eForm.

     


5. If an eForm is enabled, an email notification will be sent to the Carers regarding the changes that transpired.
