If a carer's email address was entered incorrectly on a Profile Request, or if a carer would like to create, or already created a profile using another email address, you can change it by following the steps below:



When the email address is editable or not grayed out - this happens when the email address of the request has not been registered to CareMonkey yet.

1. Click the three horizontal lines icon on a Profile.

     


2. Click Edit Profile Request.
     


3. Edit the email address and click Save.

    

     



When the email address is NOT editable or grayed out - this happens when the email address of the request already has an existing CareMonkey account OR the system has already started sending the profile request email.


1. Click the three horizontal lines icon on a Profile. 
       

2. Click 
View/Edit Profile Request.
      


3. Tick 
Manage this profile locally (use only if CareMonkey will not be used for this profile) and click Save.
      



4. The Profile should be now be in Yellow. Click the three horizontal lines icon again.
       

5. Click
Revert to normal.

      


6. Uncheck 
Manage this profile locally (use only if CareMonkey will not be used for this profile).

      


7. The Email address to request the profile from field will now be editable. Please edit the email address and click Save.
